1st Stage - Client Briefing
After gathering information and doingsome research we sit down and listen to your uniform inquiries, andwhat are the priorities that you are looking for, as all these details are very important.
The briefing helps us to set up objectives on this project , any special request, timeline, budget or after service inquiry.
Based on timing and budget, clients can choose the pre collection option available at On&On.2nd Stage - Creative Concepts
Creative concept design is the process of generating original and innovative ideas for a project, product, or service. It involves exploring different possibilities, testing assumptions, and refining solutions.
We pride ourselves on creating original uniforms, a concept that provide our clients with unique uniforms for their brand.
Our designs will be presented to our clients for approval in a file along with fabric and colour pallets.3rd Stage - Detailed Designs
Having experience with high fashion houses, our design team prepares coloured sketches and with fabrics and colours,trims can already be chosen.
We have both womenwear and menwear designers, after agreeing the design and colours they will work on the deatils of measurements and fit which is extremely important.4th Stage - Product Development
We work no different from Haute Couture companies, from drawings we bring to life the very first prototype sample.
We analise the look and fit of the samples with our garment technologist and the product developer. The fit, funcionality and durability are the aspects to which we pay 100% attention.
We work with high-end companies so we must provide our clients the best of the best.5th Stage - Manufacturer and Ethical Sourcing
We only work with fabric mills that comply with Oeko-Tex, a worldwide sustainable textile production standard.
We promote sustainable business principles and recognise the rights of all workers, set out by the International Labour Organisation.6th Stage - Production
Once we start producing the uniforms, our quality controllers will do in line inspections making sure that our high-end clients receive perfect uniforms delivered with high specifications.
Before delivering our high-end uniforms we do our own final inspections and ship to our clients.7th Stage - Afterservice
We give our clients after service support for little adjustments, if necessary, or if placing very small quantities. We are always available in case of urgent inquiry.
